Can I use 5% cream instead of whipping cream for a chocolate ganache? - cream in chocolate 3 - torrent
Ganache is spread on top of cream pump. Is it acceptable to the thin cream, wear what (with 3 grams of chocolate)?

No, not quite thick.
Having established that the chocolate creamy hard and crunchy and not as a ganache ... Use cream.
To reduce calories, less any ganache cake. No, but cream pumps as one million CAL Then simply use the real thing, enjoy it, just eat less. Hmmmmmm
