Whats the easiest way to lose 4 stone baby weight gain by May with an under active thyroid problem? - over active thyroid problems more condition_symptoms

I am a young mother with a child of 4 months, so I do not much time for me. I'm going to a wedding in May and I have come to lose the baby weight and your time. I have no confidence in the sport for me. I have a few pieces of exercise equipment, but not the motivation. I have also recently diagnosed with thyroid too. Some tips, ideas, nothing to do, all the above would be a great help.

Based on the GI Diet by Rick Gallop. Its interface is easy to use and easy to integrate into their daily routine as a busy mother. You lose with him (he has 5 stones lost in 6 months), but on 4 May Stone is a little high expectations. I go for my exercise, I havn't have not yet joined a gym and have no exercise equipment at home. Be strict with yourself, choose one days time when it is quiet and as much as possible. start small and work up to feel no pain differently and continue with it.
Motivation is difficult, it can vary for each person. Mine is the laundry. As obese I've never had a good selection of clothes. My friend works in a clothing store and get a great discount and I have new clothes, I lost weight. When I was in the clothes I get a new game and will be on a "special" so that it knows, really love. This team is my motivation to reach this size. I currently work fora beautiful dress made of soft suede imitation green skirt: D
I also have the motivation to continue my blood sugar under control () with diabetes.

Ive seen a good diet to get rid of my weight gain during pregnancy, because you do not like going to the gym only. I'm feeding a liquid diet, before 100 days if everything you eat, in principle, Bliz in the soup after 100 days of eating normally for 1 month and if you feel the need, ok, I've done, repeat for 6 weeks, and how they have lost almost a stone.
I first heard of this diet with women free TV program that had done Colleen Nolan, and it is half the size it was, it looks good.
We have nothing to try different things, lose a lot of luck.

A difficult Hmmm. I have an underactive thyroid (I am currently pregnant with a third party) until I was diagnosed (not obtained a few years back) Id always about 8 stone. I am now 11 years old and was told that everything that I would lose weight gain during pregnancy only after the determination of low and lots of movement. I guess its a shame because we, the people with the disease not the same common metabolisism people can not so easily able to burn fat. I know it will be difficult to go to the gym but can reakon the best option and perhaps a diet high in protein for a few months (check with your doc, but if you are breast-feeding) HUN Goodluck, I know that my answers not much comfort, but others can see what its like!

I was diagnosed with thyroid active in 1993, since I was on thyroxine tablets (3x50 mg) per day and still have not lost any weight. Whether your age make a difference or not, I do not know, but they have recently, a baby, I think you have at least 45 years younger than me. I hope that you reach your weight loss goal. Good luck!

I hope the doctor has prescribed thyroid medication will help to reduce weight.
If you want to speed to help weight loss program to be limited in carbohydrate intake to 20 per day or less. You do not starve, in fact better if you do not. Just eat lots of protein, eggs, meat, cheese. Most important, of course, drink plenty of water. If you do not have enough water, not the weight off.
PS: You will notice that the third day of this new way to eat, you will have an enormous amount of energy.
