What is that TV show with the action figures? - adult action figures

There was a television program some time ago (I do not know if it still or not) on the small GI Joe action figures. I think it was claymation. It was one of the comic "adult" shows (like Family Guy and American Dad). He may be on Adult Swim from Cartoon Network. There are no "GI Joe" character shows where only the numbers for future action GI Joes.
